About the project
RealAtom builds the most powerful and flexible tools on the commercial real estate debt market. There were several challenges our team faced while working on the project, fixed them and suggested additional solutions.
Our task
The client needed to improve the interface of the dashboard since the process of creating a new request was taking too much time.
We had to fix the long search for a lender for a specific type of financing as well as to obtain a loan from the bank lead to losing the client base.
Also, we were asked to create a function to let the borrowers determine loan conditions.

We implemented the viewing of the loan conditions from lenders in the form of a summary table makes it possible to compare their offers and conclude a transaction on the most favorable terms for the borrower.

The presence of internal chat makes communication between borrowers and lenders more productive and efficient, as it makes it possible to communicate at any convenient time, as well as exchange the necessary documents.
