Inspiring Gamification
Overall gamification our designers were so keen to implement is meant to create motivation both for host and visitor. Gaining points and unlocking achievements turns a simple search-and-find app into a quest. This way, global goals are supported by complementary ones that increase user engagement. After several stages of research, our UX designers set a system of profile development: from beginner to professional.
UX FlowUser Experience
In terms of UX, our team started with essential features for the main goal of the app. We avoided the mistakes and flaws of competitors by cutting the number of screens to the essentially required and features to those bound to become users’ toolkits. Real-time schedule and update, verification, booking, and means of user interaction created a balanced UX design.
